Water Aerobics
A low-impact, full-body fitness class performed in the water, designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and overall mobility. Using the natural resistance of water, movements are performed in a continuous, rhythmic flow that is easy on the joints while still providing an effective workout. Exercises focus on toning and strengthening the muscles, improving balance and coordination, and increasing range of motion. The water’s buoyancy supports the body, making this class especially beneficial for joint health and injury prevention while still energizing and refreshing. Suitable for all fitness levels, participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and modify movements as needed. All levels welcome.
