A vigorous class where the movements are connected to each other in a flowing manner. Linking these consecutive movements to breath is a primary focus, starting with pranayama exercises to balance the mind and body by using breath control. Practice moderate to advanced poses requiring greater strength, balance, coordination and flexibility, all of which will improve your posture. This dynamic class energizes, sculpts, tones and challenges the experienced yoga practitioner. Beginners are welcome but will be encouraged to pace themselves and focus on mastering the basic poses before moving onto the more complex poses. All levels welcome.
