This is a total body challenge designed to target strength building and improve agility and muscular endurance through various stations which require a focus on different muscle groups of the body. Your efforts are intended to burn the maximum amount of calories you can while at each station. Give attention to all major postural muscles and trigger a tabata like effect activating both fast and slow twitch muscle fibers. Challenge yourself to push to your limit, within your own personal boundaries, and walk out feeling strong and energized. All levels welcome.
